Fair Price for 2010 Cannondale Quick 6

So if you are worried whether this is another comparison thread, it isn’t! I did plenty of searches before joining to figure that out, ha.

What I couldn’t find is figuring out whether this bike is a good deal. I found someone local to me selling this 2010 bike for $250 and am having a hard time trying to gauge whether that’s worth it or not. It includes a few accessories, but I felt like it needed a tune up based on my novice experience with bikes, and would want to get a kickstand/water bottle holder at some point.
So I’m just wondering if people thought this was a good price or something I should pass on?

Appreciate the help!

I want to add that part of me thinks this isn't such a great deal, but at the same time, there aren't many used hyrbids (or any bikes really) being sold for this price near me.

if its clean, no rust, and everything works, thats a perfectly fine price.

kickstand and waterbottle holder is nickel dime stuff.

I don't have an issue with the price. If all it needs is a tuneup - thats all of $40. Less than the tax on a new bike.
