Hi all I'm Paul (Carly) from Liverpool.just bought a hybrid bike and been doing 15 per night .weight dropping off.how far do you all ride.carly

welcome to the forum. lots of us got into cycling to help with weight loss and exercise...when I first started I could only do about 3-1/2 miles then take a break and do the same back home, so 7 miles total...now it takes me about 5 to 7 miles to get warmed up. Enjoy the ride and go as far as you are comfortable with, the mileage will increase with time as will the comfort level.

Hey, what part of Liverpool do you live in? I'm from Kirkby. I need some motivation to ride regularly, at the moment I cycle 6 miles a day for commuting 5 days a week.
