Hi folks! I'm from California, and have been off and on cycling for almost 25 years. Well, I've moved myself into a pretty rustic and isolated place almost 2 years ago now, but am determined to become Car Lite regardless, and look forward to gaining a lot of cameraderie from everyone, but from the commuters especially. However, I am known to be a bit of a moderate roadie (one who rides along that paved road, just to kill time), as well as a HasBeen and rather gutsy ATB-er (would ride ATB a lot more, if my old atb buddies would come visit me , but they must have all grown up?)

Well, I've got my bike collection downsized to only 4 now, so I'm simplifying... heh, heh.

I will start looking around this place now...

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Tom, if you haven't been made the official Welcomer, then I think you should, and get paid for it too, as you do a wonderful job. Thank you! ~jen
