Too many bikes!!!
Greetings all,
My name is Essem, I currently reside, ever dissatisfied, in Central Texas... soon to change if I ever find a job in my field. I currently occupy myself by doing freelance graphic design work, Architectural model building, Vintage automobile restoration/customization and bicycle trading/restoring/collecting. I'm sure I'll be mostly lurking for a good while here as I soak up info from archived posts. I've been commuting to and from school and work for around 4 years now when It's not unbearably hot on an old cannondale mtb, then onto a specialized mtb, then to a Trek, and then two years ago onto a Motobecane grand touring SS. I have way too many projects, but it keeps me sane. I see I can't do HTML here so I've attached a picture of a few of my projects, from L to R:
1980's Lotus Mixte - the S.O's bike
1976 Motobecane Grand Touring SS
1959 Norman 3 speed - the rusty grocery getter
1962 Murray 3 speed - probably going to craiglist later this week.
not pictured:
old Haro V2 U.A.B.
1978 Galaxy II Fixed gear
Trek 4300 MTB
and about 12 generic road bikes, BMX bikes and MTBs
I've been lurking for a while now and am always impressed by the knowledge of the members here, hopefully I can contribute something useful someday.
thanks,
Essem

Hi Essem, we love new members who appreciate both the old and the new . Make sure you stop by the Classic & Vintage forum, and post some photos of your older bikes.
