XT M8000 1x11 seems noisy

I have a XT M8000 1x11 system that seems noisy, no matter how I adjust it. Its not really the kind of noise when the RD is out of adjustment and making the chain wants to shift.

But instead but noise with the chain running through the jogger wheels and cogs.

Is there anyway to "quiet it down"?

I guess coming from road bike, my Force 22 runs a lot quieter.

If the b-tension screw is adjusted properly it could be the chainline. There's a big thread on MTBR about the wider chainline of Shimano 1x11 causing the chain to drop when back pedaling on the lowest gear. Is it every gear or does it get quieter when the chain is most in-line with the cassette?

Yeah, try to get a chainring which moves the chain line in a few. Wolf tooth makes one, so do a few other companies. It worked for me.
