Important: $380 Million for Trails is On the Line
You need to write to your Representative right NOW!
The Transportation Equity Act, H.R. 3, is being debated this week on the floor of the House of Representatives. This bill includes funding for the Recreational Trails Program (RTP), with $380 million for trails over the next four years.
Congress will vote on this tomorrow, Thursday, March 10, 2005. Click the link below to write your Representative to express your support for RTP funding and H.R 3.

The coolest thing about living where I do, is that my representative, Russ Feingold (the only one to oppose the patriot act) is so damned cool already, I dont have to write him, I know he will do the right thing already.
I love my state. Yeah for dairy.

'Revolution' eh. Right. :/
$380 million seems like a lot... If they spent $1 million per trail, that's about 7 trails per state they could do... A million dollars for building a trail is insane. This'll be awesome if they actually do that.
Maybe they'll have north shore style stuff all over the country... heh.
