VP SPD MTB Cleats Opinions / Reviews
Hi all,
Saw some of these on eBay and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with or opinions about them. They are about $10-15 on eBay.
Thanks....

They look to be single release rather than multi-release, which is my preference anyway. I'd use them. I've used 4 or 5 different brands of SPD cleats over the years and they've always worked for me mixing them among different brands of pedals.

Thanks for the quick reply!! I've only used Shimano over the years. Yep I've been using single release for a long time now too..
