Was out on the Cape Cod Rail Trail last weekend. I forgot if I posted anything about it. I did a short section from the trail-head in South Dennis to Chatham to meet my folks who drove up from NY. I guess it took about an hour each way. The temps were cool so I wore bike shorts, tights, and wind pants, up top a base layer, fleece, and lime green wind breaker which I zipped the sleeves off of after a while. It was fun to bike to the ocean and eat clams. It was also fun meeting someone by bicycle. I think the stretch from South Dennis to Wellfleet is in better shape though. Can't wait to get back out there!

Cross the canal, get on Route 6 East
Take exit 9A or 9B whichever goes to Dennis
After about 1/2 mile on the left you'll see a big parking lot and a wooden and white sign for the Cap Cod Rail Trail
There is a bike shop right next to but after the parking lot.
Lots of gas stations and convenience stores nearby, even a Dunkins donuts with a bathroom.
It's a sweet 22 or 24 mile ride to Wellfleet. It takes me about 1 hr 25 min each way
GO GO GO

I don't have any links on this computer sorry
