Dude, don't "highlight" your titles. It's a tacky craigslist tactic.

It's annoying to other people and it's selfish.

You can easily search for threads started by you, which means it's also unnecessary (and lazy).

No one else does it.

I'm complaining. It's annoying.

Looking for suspensions seatposts has nothing to do with your geographical location. Try the hybrid forum, or the commuting forum, or maybe the MTB forum.

Like any community, the fact that other people don't do things might be a hint. People do it all the time in craigslist, and it makes craigslist annoying to use.

Since there already is an easy-to-use facility for looking for threads you create, it's unnecessary.

No, people (who you are asking for help from) will deal with it by setting you to "ignore". Do you want that?

(While you are no where near it, this place does ban people who don't work with the community!)
