RAMROD lottery open!

So... Who's entered the lottery?

I have time off work then, so I'm thinking that if I don't make it in, I might do something like go down and ride the route the day before, then stay overnight and volunteer for the ride to ensure entry in 2015.

I entered. If I get in this will be my 3rd RAMROD and I will be looking forward to it.

150 mi, 10k ft. vertical = beyond my ability even with a good, long build-up. But have fun & be safe.
When I ride in that area there must be time for stops - photos only; of course.
Volunteering sounds like the thing for me to do.

As expected, I didn't make the first lottery cut. Now the wait to find out my position on the wait-list... I already have a room in Enumclaw for Wednesday night--my plan is if I don't get in, to ride the course solo the day before, and volunteer for the ride itself. Having the room in Enumclaw will hopefully keep me from wimping out of this plan

Congratulations!

I'll be doing 1 day STP too--a nice little easy warm-up ride for RAMROD

I did not get in either...2nd year in a row. With a waitlist position of 500+ I won't be riding RAMROD again this year. Bummed.

Congrats Big Pete, it's a great ride.

At a waitlist position around 400, I doubt I'm getting in either. I put in my volunteer application, and hopefully something may come of that so I can ride it next year. And after doing the course solo this year, a supported RAMROD ought to be easy, right?!?! Also, between getting a room in Enumclaw, and repeatedly publicly stating my intention to do the RAMROD course the day before RAMROD, I'm hoping to be unable to chicken out--so keep me honest, guys!
