Well... there is clearly only one solution. Treks need to clearly have the word "Trek" written on them, and Bianchis need to have "Bianchi" written on them. Maybe someone can even convince the riders to wear jerseys that have "Trek" or "Bianchi" written on them.
I don't know why nobody came up with that idea sooner.

Phil referred to it as Lay-oh-pard blue which I don't know it's a holdover from pre RS days or if it reflects whatever is the actual business logo of Lay-oh-pard.

Before the current setup, Leopard (and lay o pard is correct, not the animal) was the primary. Remember these jerseys that had virtually nothing on them? See the blue stripe?
