Hey posted some pictures from my three weeks in DC on my Flickr. A photo from CM, some photos from evanyc fancy beer places pillage, a photo from working on Craig Lebowitz's bike, and one of Joel sitting at a park being lame. I'll bring my broke ass camera to polo tomorrow and take some more pictures then.

spud said 7/7:30. I'm gonna run home after work, eat and change, so I'll probably show up around 7:15. I ride an IRO for anybody that hasn't met me. Hopefully theres a good turn out. I'm having a friend come down from Philly so he'll come with me as well.

We are doing an open house so I cannot come to polo. Sadly... however, If anyone wants to live in a bike friendly house in MTP for $600 a month call me now and hustle up to the open house. 7-9 only!

Or if you know anyone who does...

oh hay DC

Does anyone know of a surefire route that goes from Baltimore --> DC?
One that is relatively straightforward, easy to do?

I am riding down to Baltimore next week and figured I'd extend the tour a little by hitting up nearby targets of opportunity. I've already asked some of DC's greatest minds for advice, and it would be great to hear any suggestions from you. thanks.

There's a cue sheet here, but there are like... 5 billion turns That said, I would trust that a WABA route will be the safest bet https://bikewashington.org/routes/dc2balt/index.htm

DC to baltimore

I think you'd spend more time looking at directions than biking, but getting to Baltimore night be fun. Has anyone here pulled it off?

CHEAP COOL BIKES>>>

I am going over to the bikes for the world sale this evening, give a ring if you want to go.

most bikes are around 2-300 but tons of them are reynolds 531 or cannondales or old allez. So good deals. And it all goes to a great cause.

Yup,, polo=awesome.

Does anybody have a grill for Saturday? Or coolers? And maybe some transportation for that stuff? Re and I have a car but it can't fit too much so if anybody else would be willing to drive as well that would rule.

Also, a few of us discussed prizes and decided since it's pretty much just us and friends that we will be doing kind of a grab bag of spare parts and whatever else people bring. So if ya have parts and stuff that have been eating up space in yer house bring 'em on down. See ya Saturday!
