Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thanks. It's a little bit shorter right now ... I had a few inches chopped off because it was getting just a bit unmanagable.

I wear at least one, and sometimes TWO sweatVac headbands. My face sweats an inordinate amount (I know.. yuck) and without them I'd have sweat constanly in my eyes. On a long enough day, i have to stop and rinse it out with water, or put one on my bars to dry in the wind while i wear the other, then switch. Again... yea... yuck. I'm a sweaty gross pig, when i exercise and it doesn't bother me except for it being all over and running down my face.

Full disclosure though... since the OP mentioned it... I usually don't wear a helmet. I own one, it's super nice, but long ago I never wore one, and I still don't like having one on. The why's and why not's are for another thread.

A bandana to keep the sun off the back of my neck , and ears. A baseball hat with its button on top removed , to keep the sun or rain as the case may be out of my eye's.

that Halo headband might have to get copped... I frequently get sweat dripping down not only into my eyes, but also on my sunny's, which is an infuriating annoyance...

Seems like white would mostly go with anything else ? Looked at the Park Tool ones, nothing against Park tools, have loved them so far, but not looking to rent advertising space for free ;-)
