I just don't see why some people insist of putting bike fixing tools in their jersey pockets.
1. If you really need them, chances are, you are going to be getting off the bike anyways.
2. There are reports on these forums of people that have seriously injured themselves by having CO2 cartridges/pumps, and other hard items in their jersey pockets.
3. If you really do enter some type of race, they're really easy to take off, and if you have some type of mishap during a race where you don't want to carry your tools (on the bike), chances are, you're not going to finish on the podium, anyways.

I've used everything in it, except the spoke tool and the patch kit, and on another group ride, the spoke tool would have been useful. And the patch kit is about 1" square by 1/2" deep.

GH,
Personally, I could care less about a clean frame look. I already have so much on the bike that I can no longer have that concern. My only concern is making grabbing everything easy and be able to use what I want in a manner I would like. Until I get a Garmin or other GPS unit, I am stuck using the cell phone for that purpose. For me, I might do best with the Cycle Ride pouch for its clear cover or a Lezyne Phone wallet or Road Caddie.
For me, I tend to keep snacks and ID/CCard in my jersey and on hotter days an extra water bottle. That bottle is the one I always use first. I like to carry ID, credit card, spare cash, Health care card and minimal keys in a baggie when I ride. At one time, I was thinking a phone wallet/caddie could remove the need for a wallet even when I am off the bike but I have come to realize that when I am on the phone, all my cards and stuff would be exposed and could fall out or get 'lifted' so I have not purchased one and remain with a baggie.
As for the OP's need to have compartments, I think compartments would make the carrier thicker and heavier( OK just a little) and when one needs something from within, it would be at a stop. If one keeps the contents to a minimum, I do not see things getting lost or falling but we all have different experiences and concerns.

But putting your tools in your jersey pocket instead of in a seat bag is a little foolish. As they can cause additional damage to you, if you're in a crash.

me personally, i used to use a travel soap box back in the day for all of my tire stuff and tools, which included 1 tube, 2 CO2's, inflator, 2 tire levers, allen key and 2 latex gloves. they're usually deep enough to fit everything, and it fits perfectly in my middle pocket. as far as my keys and phone and spending cash goes, that went in a seperate bag in my right pocket. that way you still have an empty pocket in case you wanna bring gels and/or shot blocks and/or a bar to eat later, and you still have room for your cleat covers, if you bring them with you on the ride. all without using a saddle bag at all...
this is an example of what i mean...

I thought I read on these forums where the zippers on the Sticky Pod were poor. I'll post it if I find it again.

I'm in the market for a good wallet or pod that will fit in my jersey pocket. So far, I've found numerous offerings designed to keep a cell phone protected. However, I'm looking for such a device that would also store my tire levers, CO2 canisters and a tube. I found something called sticky pods, which almost fits the bill. The problem with this product is that, when I open the wallet, everything that's not tied down falls out. There is a zippered pocket for the phone, as well as an elastic loop and a mesh pocket. Unfortunately, these are not adequate to accommodate all of the things I would like to store. I would like to be able to store one 16 g CO2 canister with the valve attached, an additional CO2 canister, a spare tube along with one or two tire levers. This pod would be ideal if it had two more elastic loops! I'm looking for a wallet that not only has enough space to accommodate my tools, but must store them securely so that they don't come out until I want them to. I would be interested in knowing whether anyone has found a satisfactory solution.
Sticky Pod - The Utility Pod for Riders
Not sure I have seen this level of organization in any other product.
Looking again, even the small shows mesh on the right side and a elastic for the CO2 adapter/pump.

Does yours have the mesh opposite the clear phone holder pocket?
Can you organize it like in the photo? They seem to fit what you want to. Put the valve attache CO2 on the elastic, the tube tire levers and spare CO2 canister in the mesh pocket.

I use it on long unsupported solo rides to store my phone, DL, insurance card, money, house or car key, an extra tube, and one or two extra CO2 carts. For shorter rides I usually just use a Lezyne Caddy Sack to hold the personal effects and skip the extra bike stuff. For the record, I use an Arundel Tubus to carry two tubes, two CO2 carts (inflator mounted on the down tube), levers, a couple of Fix It sticks, etc.

I use the Lezyne Caddy Sack, but its the older version. I can get everything you listed in there and then some. When I got a larger cell phone (note) I got a money wallet made by Eagle Creek. Holds 2 tubes, 2 CO2, Levers, patch kit ect..... I found this one at my local surplus store.

Small seatbag for multi tool, levers and CO2, and a Rapha Essentials case for my phone, health card and a few $ in my jersey pocket. Laugh all you want about the price of the Rapha, but to me it's a very elegant solution.

Doesn't the leather get all nasty/crusty from sweat? I've thought of using something similar but the continual sweat saturation has turned me off.

I'll use...
A money clip with only my essentials: 1 business card, ID card, medical insurance card, and debit card.
And a wedge pack I bought for $10 at a bike shop.

I stow my ID, a credit card, and cash into a simple plastic ID badge holder (the kind you get at conferences and conventions). This badge holder and my smartphone go inside my left back pocket. Snacks go into my right back pocket. Spare tubes are held inside a small saddle pouch.
Not the all-in-one solution that the OP is seeking, but I like keeping things separate and this setup works for me.
