Why no setback for general road riding?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Well a zero set back Post is relatively easy to make .

drilling a Hole through and fitting a Bar with the holes for the 2 bolts in it through that hole,
and making a semi circular end of the tube for the saddle clamp Hardware,
can be done with Commercially available Carbon fiber or Ti or Al tube.
