Road bike ride across the pyrenees mountains

i am planning to bike from bilbao over the pyrenees
to perpignan i did the ride last year but the route
was more inland no real big climbs
this time want to go pamplona, st jean, pied de port,
luruns over col aubisque, st gaudens
andorra ,prades, perpigan
got the michelin maps but as i want to go
on the less congested roads would you
recommend me getting a garmin sat nav?
