Body signs
I've been watching cycling.tv a lot lately and was watching the Bib Shorts Down tonight and it seems like a lot of the guys on the team had the run during a few of the stages, is this a sign of their bodies telling them they suck?

Yeah, they suck. I hear they're all quitting tomorrow.

Yeah. Its not that they suck, but its probably a sign of over-exertion for a lot of days in a row. That combined with trying to digest a LOT of food every evening. These guys basically train to the edge of illness.

Endurance cycling, hours and hours -you eat after.
AND you need to do cool down or massage, all the blood is in your legs.
You cannot digest big food while cycling as there is not enough blood in the abdomen.
As far a eating large amount and then cycling, my body pumps water into the mix.
Diarrhea, not as bad as it sounds.
I've ridden so hard -far, eating made me pass out.
All my blood went to my tummy.
By passing out, I don't mean bed, face first, twice.
Goodnight.

Dude try abusing your body like that multiple days in a row and then keeping that level of caloric intake, hell that can happen to me during a 4 day stage race. Shyt happens.
