The World's Greatest Bikes
Not in any particular order since they're all pretty much equal in performance though each feels different.
1) Look 595
2) Time VRX
3) Pinarello F4:13
4) Colnago C50
5) Trek Madone.
I'm sure there are other good bikes out there. In fact many of them are preferable to ride everyday since they don't represent such a perfect target for thieves, have anywhere near as hard a ride as a full-on racing bike or make you worry all the time about scratching something that expensive.
But in my opinion these are the top bikes in the world today.

Dude, I gotta disagree. The world's greatest bike is the one we happen to be riding at the time. All the rest of those are the best of the rest.

What is a Colnago G50? That is a pretty narrow shot-group, there is a big world out there!

I don't like the madone, and with a little work I could probably find the page number in Lance Armstrong's War where Coyle notes that Lance Armstrong doesn't like the madone.

Question, why did you list the Pinarello F413 instead of the Paris Carbon, or Dogma? And the Time is the VXRS Ulteam which woudl be their flagship. And what is the Colnago G50? Do you mean C50?

Uhhhh, ya, like they said, it's a big world out there, and rating "best bikes" is like trying to hump a doorknob, it's pointless.
And with this list... needs some more work.
How long has the Look 595 been on the market? Like 5 minutes? It's cool but it might be a POS, needs time.
Ya, it's a Time VXRS, it is freakin awesome!
F4:13, sorry to those who own one, it feels like a brick to me. Now, the Paris Carbon is lively and light.
And the Dogma is without question an absolute masterpiece.
G50? "G", "C", who wants to get caught up in the details right? The C50 is nice but I think there is now better products in the Colnago lineup.
Madone? For God's sake, which one? That line goes from pretty cool to pretty boring.
Guru Maestro?
Look 496?
S-Works Tarmac?
Seven Diamas?
Crown Jewel Ti?
Roark?
Canyon?
Storck Scenario CD0.9?
Cervelo P3 Carbon?
Kestrel Evoke?
Casati Marte?
Bianchi 928?
Argon18 Mercury RPT?
etc....
etc.....
etc......

Both Rayborn and Fulton came in complaining that the new frames were really screwy and hard to handle and really slow.
Then the manager noted that they'd improved their lap times by 5% and suddenly they both loved their new frames.
