Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm not knocking it. I have the Forte (paid $69 for it) and I'm very happy with it.
Thats not the Aerus post. I have an Aerus post and had a Pedal Force post. They arent the same.

Token Saddle

i use the token carbon Saddle and i love it . im 182 lbs and its holding up great , everyone i ride with thinks im crazy for using it but i got use to it the 2nd day just like any padded saddle. the catch is u have to ride on the drops the whole time, if u sit up you butt bones will hurt quickly but im use to it . here is a link of the saddle , i will post a picture of the saddle mounted on the bike later today . i like the carbon clincher token has hopefully ill see more reviews of that product .
here is a link of the saddle its the TK951C https://www.tokenproducts.com/2005/05...s.php?pc1id=51

I've used a bunch of Token parts. I have their anatomic carbon bars on all 3 of my bikes and they are just fantastic. I have their aero seat post and carbon bottle cages. Recently put their ceramic bearing bb on my new Kestrel Talon SL. Really good stuff at very fair prices.

A dear friend has flown over to Taiwan and met with the Token guys and will be the US Importer for Token very shortly. I'm going to have him post on this thread and let everyone know when to expect more of their product here. While he was in Taiwan, he made a tour of a bunch of the factories, and once he shares some of the stories, you are never going to to look at that Italian carbon frame the same way again......

Cheers,

Me too... The saddle feels great for me in any position. I am no longer using the Token bars. I switched to Zipp bars for a more comfortable (for me) position in the drops.

I have the same bar. No slipperiness here. It is a very comfortable bar, just as advertised. It isn't about weight as it is on par with alloy bars, but it looks cool and .. did I mention comfortable?

Im very close to ordering a set of these Token bars for my new Felt F3C(06 model) frame, just 1 last thing,at present im using a 100mm Ritchey WCS stem and bars,if i switch to these Token bars that are thicker than the ritchey bars will it effect my 100mm stem length making the bars a fraction further away from me?
