Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Easter Candy Hell....

It's only 8:30 and I have had 2 chocolate bars and some jelly beans...

I am supposed to do intervals later...

Already feel the gurgles coming on...

Why must the Bunny torture me so....

**Edit...Oh ya...Happy Easter...

No one tied you down and forced you to eat it.

Now go ride off those calories.

I've done pretty well. Only thing I have eaten this morning was a bowl of raisin bran. Now I get to go out and ride mountain bikes for two or three hours in 20 degree weather.

Oh, happy Easter everyone.

Woke up this morning to snow, not a lot, but enough to keep us off the bike. So, I hit the trainer for 50 minutes and when I was done I grabbed some recovery Cadbury Mini-Eggs.

Hey! it's once a year so I indulged.

I love the mini-egg....

My wife got out some kind of Easter cake. It tastes like Challah bread and it's filled with raisins and dried fruit. I'm sure it will be gone very soon. Yum.

I watched the first half and fell asleep. Seemed kinda boring. How did it end?
