Anyone here has a bike named after an animal?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I own a Diamond Back Podium 5 and a Kestrel Evoke. Both are excellent but the kestrel is superior in terms of comfort and style. Post some review of your Kestrel Talon once you get it.

The brand is Interloc but the model is Impala. I always considered starting a thread "Show us your....Interlocs!" but I figured it would be pretty short. Maybe a bit longer over in the MTB forums but still...I've never seen another out on the road.

Can your bike be named after a dead animal? Sometimes I think my bike should be called "Roadkill".

I've owned a Falcon - it was an actual team frame I got off one of the riders on that UK based team.

I have also owned one or two dogs over the years, but the manufactuer didn't call them that.

An Ibis does actually fly. They are lovely big birds, except in the city where they tend to hang around stealing garbage from the bins and snatching sandwiches from scared little kids in the park.

Sacred royal bird of ancient Egypt, too.
