30 min Training DVD Suggestions?
I've got the Spinervals Time Saver 23.0 DVD and really enjoy it but it seems as though the others in the series are a bit longer (45 mins). I'm short on time in the morning and am looking for suggestions for other 30 min quick workout DVDs that I can do regularly. Any and all suggestions would be most welcome. Thank you.

I have the 45 minutes Spinerval "Suffer-o-Rama" and can blow myself up in 30 minutes going at the intensity they do on the DVD. Just turn it off then.

Do you guys recommend the 23.0 DVD for even a beginner to training? I notice that "Workout A" is rated at a difficulty of 7.5, which seems much lower than a lot of other spinerval DVDs.
