You forgot to count the sales of MTB's, & kids bikes,Trek sells a bunch of them too. Trek caters to everyone, you walk into your LBS/Trek dealer with the family, & walk out with bikes for all.

Trek sells a bunch of bikes, and the majority of their sales are commuting/hybrid type bikes, whereas Cannondale primarily specializes race/road bikes. We all love our super hot race 41 bikes, so there is a lot higher % of riders here on Cannondales. However, you ride down to your local college campus on a Cannondale and it may be the only one you see out of hundreds of bikes ... Just an observation

I think that any hate it (and other Specialized models) gets is because of the 'pooping dog' look that some size frames exhibit; Whoooshie's bike doesn't suffer from that, though. Hot.

What size is the Guru? And how tall are you?
I am 6' and the GURU frame is a 56 traditional geometry. At size 58 (next size up), the seat tube would have swallowed the seatpost in its entirety due to my body proportions.

They are again ROTOR chainrings (flamesuit on). It was the only way to make that ugly crank tolerable.

OK. I wasn't asking what kind they were, was just saying I like it. Much better than the hollowtech

Way to mess up those nice crankarms with the dorky Rotor rings!

I do like the way you made the seatpost almost disappear.

HOT. Deserves better picture, but still way hot! That wheel only looks odd because of the flash that was used for the phone. I cant wait to see a better shot of this bike!

That Opus frame looks a lot like the Guru Flite frame. I suspect both are sourcing from the same place.

Never mind.. the Flite has an internal rear brake cable. Maybe they are just distant Canadian cousins.

I think Guru still build their frames in Montréal but it's not the case of Opus. The company is base in Montréal but their bike are made somewhere in asia, like most of our bikes.

    VERY hot Guru !!!
