Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Hot. I really dig that. I bet it would look ever better if you had taken the picture more level instead of looking up at it.

As for comfort, I hope it ends up working for you because the search for a comfortable saddle can be difficult for many people, I know it was for me. The stack height under your stem is very tall, which doesn't help when you have such a tall head tube already. saddle bag in the photo never helps. chain on big chain for staging purposes. taking a photo from a straight profile might help. What is this, a 58 or 60?

I'd like to see the OS-99 CSI replaced with something carbon, black decals.

Keep in mind that for actual riding, comfort > > > > > aesthetics, so if the stack height and saddle work for you, don't change them. To add to what Bianchi said, if you drop the stem to the top of the head tube, flip it, cut the steerer, replace the saddle with something more low profile like a Specialized Toupe, put the chain on the big ring, and remove the decals from the wheels and leave the saddle bag out of the shot, you'd have a hot bike IMO.

I don't think I've posted the latest version in this particular thread yet, since I replaced the white Zipp decals with the extra lightweight aero black decals....but it'll come around again...

Not my bike, so don't hate the poor quality cell shot. However, it's a teammate's new ride, and I think it is smoking so I thought I'd share.

Since this is the looks>function thread, get some deeper wheels and a white Felt logo on the downtube, and your teammate's ride would look proper Great bike as it sits, too

Heinous, unlovably ugly, like most if not all aero bikes, lol.

White Zipp logos, white tape, white seat...nothing white on the frame (less the tiny AR1 badge)

It's all good. I'd leave the frame as is and black out everything else.

First, I'll admit that I'm a Felt guy, so I'm biased. Having said that, the aero frame is not nearly as good looking. Wide seat post, huge headtube aren't really attractive. However, with all that going on, I think he's missing some continuity. Zipp white logos, blacked out Felt logos (which I like!), white saddle and white bartape (which no matter what anyone says, still doesn't make sense to me from a practicality standpoint) but solid matte black frame? It either needs to go all black, or put some color (even if it's white) into it and go with that. As it stands, it's not hot to me, although I do recognize what a great bike it is. It's just not hot. Also, bad job on whoever wrapped the bars...

Yesss! That's super hottt... Like I said, nothing against the Fulcrums (I have a pair of the Racing Zeros that are my favorite wheelset), they just seem to clash against the beautiful frame IMO.
