9 Speed cassette options?
Other than weight is there any reason to spend more on a higher end cassette?
I can get a tiagra level 9 speed cassette in any gear combo I would want for $25
Or I can spend 10-20 bucks more for ultegra or a sram pg-970.
I have a 970 that I have been riding, and it is a tad quieter than the tiagra that came stock on my bike, but I can't feel any difference is shifting.
So other than the 40+- grams of weight savings, is there any reason to buy the higher priced cassette?
BTW my group is full 9spd 105 if it matters

If they've got the ratio you want, then no, there's no reason not to get cheaper stuff. An 11t cog seems to be much less available in the cheaper range.
I bought a couple of 9sp Dura-Ace cassettes on line coz they were cheap, and they're a bit noisier than the cheaper stuff. I using it with an Ultegra chain.
