If they've got the ratio you want, then no, there's no reason not to get cheaper stuff. An 11t cog seems to be much less available in the cheaper range.

I bought a couple of 9sp Dura-Ace cassettes on line coz they were cheap, and they're a bit noisier than the cheaper stuff. I using it with an Ultegra chain.
