Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Will I have issues running a dura ace 7700 9 spd group on a newwer frame?

I was just curious before I start my build.

I have a da 7700 set and I just bought a newwer ridley frame

only issue I can think of is I'd have to use a adapter for the front derailuer since the ridley is a clamp on and I can't get a clamp on 7700 derailuer big enough so I'll have to use a braze on adapter

any other issue? Ie wheel spacing maybe?

Drop out spacing on road bikes has been 130mm, well before 9 speed Dura Ace came out.

Short answer - nope.

Get a braze on adapter for your frame size and a 9 speed front braze on der.
