anyone familiar with this brand?

Here's the head badge


It came off what i believe is a 70's road frame. I've tried google'ing it. came up with nothing. Got it off craigslist, so i don't know much about it.

This is the bike. original cranks/bb/headset.

Looks sixties to me ------ you should post this in the classic and vintage forum, those folks know their vintage steel. Lp
