Similar enough geometry? Fuji Team Pro & Nashbar frame

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Similar enough geometry? Fuji Team Pro & Nashbar frame

I want to build a bike from scratch as a learning experience and found the super cheap Nashbar Integrated Alloy Road Frame. What I'd like to know is how the geometry of this frame compares to my current bike: a 52cm 2009 Fuji Team Pro.

The Fuji has a set-back seatpost and my saddle is a good 3 inches behind the middle of the clamp. I'm 5'8" and currently using a 100mm stem and have a little less than 4 inches of saddle-to-bar drop. What size of the Nashbar frame would let me have a similar setup? I'm not too good at figuring out geometry differences from just the measurements yet.

As a side note, yes, I would like to get a CAAD 9 frame, but this build is more of a learning experience. If I could find a CAAD 9 frame and fork in my size for under $250 I would pick it up, but don't know if they go that low.

I'm not going to go through the calcs/CAD but you want the 54 cm or the 56 cm. I actually think your setup makes the 56 cm more likely but I hesitate to recommend that to someone who's 5'8".
