Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

stupid trainer questions

When I'm riding my trainer I'm noticing two things that are causing me a little worry. First is the sway of the bike-not a lot (maybe a centimeter at most) but still its there. That causing any damage to the frame?
Second when I'm pushing a big gear I can deffinently see the BB move and the bike sounds like its creaking a bit, and when my baby cries, I'm not happy.
This stuff normal or do you wise folks have any tips? (and I do have rollers)
