I'm an enterprise architect for an IT company. I usually argue with the business units about what they should be doing, but sometimes I argue with our internal service groups instead. For damn sure, it's a rare day when everyone agrees about something with no politics or debate.

Sales rep for a large motorcycle parts and accessories distributor. I spend 4 days a week driving to my accounts taking care of them but I'm usually home by 5 or so which makes weeknight rides pretty do-able. Love my job!

Former Marine, presently build Boeing 777's after 15 years of staring in the windows of CNC's and being bored stiff.

I am ex Army 11B. I paid for her school, and now I have been at home with the kids for 4 years. One more year and both of the kids will be in school full time and then I can find some sort of work or head back to school myself! Really excited for that!

I used to be a hands-on IT guy. SAN, Citrix, web servers, unix (mainly Solaris ), I did a lot of it. On call every few weeks for a week at a time. Slept very little during that time.
Then my son was born in 2007. In 2008, I finally landed a hands-off job worth having. I don't think I'll be going back to the pager / blackberry, ever.

There are some really, really neat jobs within the 41.
Work in the Creative Group at Trek Bikes as a photo assistant while in school. I help make all the products look good and get everything up to spec for photo including all Trek Bikes and Bontrager parts. Involves part swapping, cleaning, helping set up lighting for the shots, etc. Pretty fun, amazing people, amazing place to work.
