Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I help people at the pier bait their hooks. By the end of the summer, I'll be a master-baiter.

I am a dentist. I work around 30 hours a week with a 3 day weekend. I still have a tough time getting time to ride due to 3 kids that are 3 and under.

I'm the founder of Franco Bikes, and between running a growing business, being a husband, and a father to two young boys, I don't get to ride as often as I imagined I would when we first started. That said, it's a fun job and a great place to work!

I do testing on materials used in construction. Rebar, asphalt, concrete, carbon fibre, ect.
Odds are if you're a contractor or construction Forman, you probibly hate me. Haha.

I am also an aspiring electronic music producer, have numerous black/thrash-metal and punk projects. Play way too much world of Warcraft. And all around general handyman for hire.

Same here, except my finals ended right before the beginning of June. Now that its summer, I can bike almost everyday

And that is what I do as the Site Civil/Quality Engineer for our construction company. Work with the testing lab techs closely to coordinate the DOD required materials testing. And yes lot of people including our superintendents hate to see me coming with my cylinder molds, gauges, torque wrench or slump cone. But when your data pulls the bacon out of the fire you are allowed to sit at your desk in the site trailer for an hour!

Very impressive list. I have a question about that, when you do a compilation (like say the Nina Simone one in your CV) do you start with the original studio master, or do you have to try and remaster the original (already mastered) recordings to get a consistent sound for the album?
