Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

1) I'm fairly confident that for a lot of people, a basic bike fit will work very well for them.
2) I'm very confident that if you run into problems, you need a real fit. Not "lookit my pictures on the Internets." A real human being, who knows what to look for, and can observe your pedal stroke and adjust your position.
3) I'm highly confident that "Kristophe de Timze" does not exist, and was made up by the guy who wrote the article.

By the way, check the date of the article. April 1, 2010.

I.e. you've been had. Don't feel too bad, just enough not to fall for it again.

Update: Before you read on I should warn you to take a close look at the date before you take this too seriously.
