Aero Road Jerseys - Who's In?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Have you ever worn a true uber-tight fitting TT skinsuit? Not something you'd typically favor on a 6 hour climbfest.

I'm thinking that given the quantity of arm and leg hair I have, a little bit of "product" and grooming could allow me to create my own personal airfoils:-) Shave the leading edges and point of maximum draft. Leave two small turbulator strips either side of my leading edges, trimmed to what? 2mm? 3mm?

Oh, this could look good.

Shave only the front going into the wind and leave the sides to help reduce the turbulence as air passes over. Like a furry kite.

Used one on my race (Sportful Body fit pro). I did not zip down my jersey on a 104F weather. I super love the material - it's breathable.

and no I did not buy it for gaining speed or anything. More for the looks (don't we all?)

Oh yeah, if you have a gut, it'll show...even if it's just a little.
