Which upgrade you made on your bike satisfied you most?
I think most people will be voting for wheelset (sorry, there is no poll) but i wonder what will come out as second choice.

The verdict is still out on the 200mm cranks. But, otherwise, saddle & tires. Already had decent pedals and wheels.

the right shoes, the right saddle, pedals (speedplay for my knees), 11-28 cassette and then wheels. I lust over wheel upgrades the most, but I know they aren't as dramatic as their cost.

The only upgrade I made was my saddle. So far so good. Let's see if upgrading to a new wheelset and handlebar with a flare next year will put a smile on my face.

upgrade? greasing the inside of the shift/brake housing and the cables. I like it a lot.
