Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Vindicated! I've gotten a number of hand written thank you notes from the outgoing interns, who graduated on Friday. Look at the post script on this one. Specifically states that I am not scary. Names have been changed to protect the innocent.

I call B.S. That handwriting is far to clear to be from a Doctor in any field.

My co-worker got carry out lunch. I am about to chomp down some Taco Bell action, one 7-layer burrito and one bean burrito.

Yes, I know this is an abomination, but better than McD's or other crap.

Different (better) endorphins?

Tell you one thing, there are known, established advantages to weight-bearing exercise. Sorry to be the reminder of an inconvenient truth. The folks who switch up regularly are doing it right.
