Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Help me choose between 2 Aluminum bikes

Specialized Bicycle Components dealer has it for 1799
Allez Expert

Or this Giant TCR. TCR SLR 2 (2015) | Giant Bicycles | United States Dealer will probably sell it for 1400-1450.

I found a dealer selling a new 14 Caad 10 105 for 1131.00

Which of the 3 is the best value/ overall.

You snooze you lose. No idea where you are but lbs by me is selling them for $1199

Cannondale | 2014 CAAD10 5 105 | Incycle Bicycles

I really don't need another bike but that is tempting

I have ridden the Allez frame they use for the Expert all season. I like it. Sharp handling. Seems stiff on climbs. Comfortable for all day rides - did several 100+ mile days with it.

Allez- I like the handling and performance of that bike. It felt very stiff when I rode it up some hills.

EDIT: You can't go wrong with the TCR either from what I have heard and seen with numerous riding buddies. Is aesthetics an important factor? The TCR and Allez are very sharp looking bikes IMO.

Pricewise the CAAD10 is the best value by a longshot.

The test ride is the most important factor, not the spec sheet.

Keep shopping around, You should be able to find a new carbon bike with 105 for that $1500-1800. The Cannondale was a solid deal.

The CAAD would be the best deal but I love the Allez frames. The Fuji Roubaix 1.1 at Performance Bike is very nice for the price as well.

Here is the link. Plus they are giving a 100 dollar gift card if you spend between 999-1999.
Most amazing Caad10 deal I have seen in a long time.
