Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Finally after an 8 month wait i picked up the new girl last night. We still have snow, sand and salt on the roads so it will be a few weeks before her maiden voyage.

Congratulations on a fine acquisition. I have to say, however, that denoting bicycles by a feminine gender is creepy to me.

Can't it just be neutral: it? Puhleeze tell me you didn't name it.

Also know that you can blow up the pictures by double clicking on them and using the management tool that pops up.

Glad to help. Don't get offended by my rudeness about the feminine thing. I just get a little pissy sometimes.

Hows it feel compared to your cannondale? More importantly, why does it look so much smaller?

Eh. I call my A bike my girlfriend.
In fact, even my IRL girlfriend calls it my girlfriend.

But no, no names. That's weird.

Excellent bike! I hope your winter cleans up soon!
