Thanks again for all the responses. I ended up finding an Ultegra BB-6500 on eBay (I'm keeping the BB-5500 as a backup). I installed the BB-6500 and the 105 crank. The install was a piece of cake....

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have a 105 FD, 9 speed 105 RD and chain. I think I'll go ahead and get the BB-5500 and the 105 (FC-5504) crank.
