Strangely enough the chainring is in very good shape. It is painted white and when I cleaned the grunge off it showed no wear at all! The teeth are all completely painted, not a mark on them....

Fork upgrade

I'd like to upgrade to a carbon fork on my steel Giant Kronos. Can I go from the "Quill" wedge style steer tube to the newer head set version? What's involved?
