Just picked up my new trek 7.2 and want to put some good bar ends on it ,any recommendations, is there a certain kind you have to get To go with the grips you have.

I think I was misunderstood I didn't mean across country,I meant like riding it 20,30,maybe 40 miles at atime when I work my way up to that.
