I am prone to cramping really bad and dislike sweet sports drinks. It was suggested I start adding a teaspoon of sea salt to every bottle. I did this with cytomax and I no longer cramp and it helps...

I have also had problems and tried everything. Eventually started adding 1/4+ teaspoon of salt to my cytomax and have not had a problem since.

Racks for '82 Trek 311

I just acquired an '82 Trek 311 and was noticing the only braze-ons are on the drop outs (both front and back). How do you mount a rear or front rack to this frame? I have seen other touring frames...
