Possibly daft hub question...

Is there a hub that will take a cassette on one side and a singlespeed freewheel on the other?

A reverse gear would be very useful for my 'Christiania' style cargo trike.

Am I right in thinking that you can get one by modifying a coaster braked rear wheel? I'm sure i've read that somewhere....
