Unfortunately that article only explains longer matches. This race only had 5-20 second ones. What % over threshold would I have to be to consider 5-10 seconds a match.

It's only because of the fact that it's a very short and technical crit course and usually over 100 people register (99 this year in the 3's, pros had a full field of something like 140)
