Good point. Dry would probably err on the side of safety, but lubed would probably help to avoid thread damage if you're not overdoing it.
I don't bother with a torque wrench for the little bolts...

Also, torque wrenches are far from perfect, especially if the threads are dry.

My FSA post is not being used currently if you're interested in a replacement.

(Threads are in good shape!)
