I think they are both Malvor team models. The first one is a little newer that's all. Fist one I'm guessing 85' and the second 83'-84'. First one is a better frame with Columbus SLX vs. 2nd with SL....

I'm wrong. The first one has newer Columbus tubing. SLX I believe, better than SL. The sticker is different. Red background behind "Columbus". SLX came out in 85 I think.

Both frames are made out of the same Columbus SL tubing. Same model frames. Sticker with the dove at the bottom of the seat tube.
