I also ride a 58-60cm frame but it's the top tube length that is the deciding factor. I have a 1981 Trek 716 with a 24" frame that is pretty tall but the top tube is just right. I have owned a 1984...

Get the serial number. It will tell everything. And if it was my size I too would have bought it already.

I am going to agree that it looks like a 22 1/2 in frame going by the head tube length.
