Well, my June training camp is coming to a close...

Well, my June training camp is coming to a close after today. I put in 1018 miles with 69.5 K ft elevation since June 1. I was planning one more big ride today but I am zonked as you can imagine....

I prefer not to eat lunch in the middle of a ride but again, it is no big deal at all and I am completely flexible.

I'd prefer an earlier start as well. I have always ridden this route clockwise starting from the gas station at Copper Mtn., which is open early. (7am at least??)

How about 8 am as a compromise?
