I don't know. I usually get at least twice that much, keeping the chain clean and not lugging it all of the time but going with normal to higher rpm riding. Ok, I'll say it: I also ride Campy :)

The more narrow chains use a higher quality metal in their side plates as precision of shifts is critical for performance. With that, the more narrow chains today are better than an older 6 or 7...
