No problem with the modification, but doesn't the phrase "has an obligation to..." mean the same thing? Or did you feel it simply wasn't forceful enough.

First of all, the bike is new and bought from a shop. He has an obligation to deliver it properly adjusted, so bring it back and let him complete the sale.

That said, better wheel alignment...
